This free standing rack will hold 2 kayaks up to 34" wide (beam), 23" deep and up to 100 lbs. per boat. The kayaks are stored on their side because it is the strongest part of the boat also giving you a compact storage system using up less floor space. Note: the Hobie Mirage boats may need an additional post to fit onto racks - call us for more information.
The distance between the two towers will be approx. less than half the length of your longest boat (see Rack Adjustments page) with durable nylon straps suspending your boats.
Includes built in safety straps and locking pivot arms to protect against knocking the boat off the rack and leveling feet plus anchoring hardware to secure the rack to its location.
Sleek black suspension arms with safety yellow pivot arms, base and posts for enhanced visibility.
