Product fit and worked as designed.
This is a shout-out to Sarah in Suspenz Customer Care Department. I ordered a replacement tire, a product that is no longer carried. I received notice that this product was discontinued and to call Customer Care. I was told that the pneumatic tire for my kayak cart was discontinued but there was a non-inflated option available. Sarah then took the initiative to suggest a pair would be preferable, as it would be odd to have different tires on the cart. She then went over and above my expectations by asking permission to change the order, at no additional cost. This was accomplished without having to get permission from anyone else.
Well done Sarah and Suspenz, for demonstrating such outstanding customer service!
